Debunker Flipflop

What is a debunker flipflop?

Back in 2004 when I predicted that the real estate market was getting ready to crash the debunkers made fun of me saying "Real estate is rock solid." Now that prices in some areas have fallen 40% they say "What goes up must come down." A typical flipflop from the debunkers.

They constantly change their position. The debunker flipflop is a common event. Not able to see the future they will constantly change their story. My predictions stand.

You will see more and more of the market implode as more and more banks fail. The subprime lenders are only the tip of the iceberg. Mainstream banks will fail.

We are seeing a market meltdown. The debunkers laugh now, but later they will claim it was obvious. This constant change in view is called a flipflop.
