Future of the ocean

Future ocean is oceanfill

There are those who believe that life came from the sea. Looking at the vast Pacific Ocean it seems hard to believe that the day will come when it is as barren as a desert and yet that day is coming sooner than you think. Out in the middle of the largest ocean our Pacific Gyre, a circular region roughly the size of state of Texas, is a giant trash heap.

What is Oceanfill?

An oceanfill is a landfill on the water. We are using our vast rivers as sewers and the life giving ocean as a dumping ground for our industrial waste. What once seemed impossible is now possible. Thousands of years ago the Apostle John wrote these prophetic words in the Book of Revelation.

Revelation 16:3
The second angel poured out his bowl into the sea, and it became blood like that of a dead man; and every living thing in the sea died.

That future day is closer now. We see the coral dying and vast areas of the ocean devoid of life.

It is our technology that has brought us to this low point where all life on earth will cease. Tech promised to cure our disease and end our poverty, but instead it destroys us. We are left with a barren wasteland that was once Eden. Our vast oceans turned into an oceanfill.

Our future can be changed, but if we do not change our path, God have mercy on our souls.
