arsenic in rice

OK, so how is it that there is arsenic in rice. Here is the story for you. Chickens are raised in cages. They get a lot of diseases so farmers gave them a compound with arsenic. This did work as a cure. Sadly, most of that arsenic went to fields of rice. Soils are now contaminated with this poison. Perhaps it leaches out slowly in the rain. However, that will take many year.

Please avoid eating regular rice. Mostly, I eat organic rice. True, it is more expensive. However, you get that for which you pay.

In 1964 the US moved away from silver coins that were 90% silver and 10% copper to coins that were mostly nickel/copper alloy. The demand for silver did continue to go up. Expect to see in silver a major surge.
